We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This policy outlines the return and refund terms for physical books and digital products associated with CKQBooks.
Physical Books (Amazon)
Physical books sold through Amazon.com are subject to Amazon's own return and refund policies. Please visit Amazon's help centre to initiate a return for any physical book purchase.
We do not process returns or refunds directly for Amazon orders. All physical book transactions are managed by Amazon.
Digital Products & eBooks
Digital products including eBooks are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, as the content is immediately available upon purchase.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a digital product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds under this policy apply only to digital products purchased directly through the CKQBooks platform, not through Amazon.
Free Downloads
Free downloadable resources (sample chapters, research guides, reference sheets) are provided at no charge and are therefore not subject to any refund policy.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a digital product, please contact us at quarterck@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your order details and the reason for your request.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to fair and reasonable outcomes for all customers.
