Og's iron bed, nine cubits by four, "after the cubit of a man," is the best hard data point Scripture gives for a giant's size — a real, measured object rather than a symbolic number. Allowing margin for headboard and footboard clearance, Og's actual height likely ran somewhere between 10.5 and 13.5 feet, the tallest giant the biblical text measures against a physical object.
